- An SMS will be sent to the eligible residents aged 60 and above.
- Select your nearest AcuMed Medical outlet as your preferred clinic via the HealthHub app and enrol with a trusted Healthier SG General Practitioner.
- Schedule your 1st fully-subsidised onboarding health consultation with us
ONBOARD
- Visit AcuMed for your fully-subsidised first health consultation with the Resident Doctor to go through your existing conditions and needs.
- Receive a personalised health plan which may include regular health screening, vaccination and lifestyle changes under the Healthier SG programme.
