Total WSH is an integrated safety and health approach supported by the WSH Council designed to guide companies towards a holistic and multi-faceted approach to managing the interactions between work, safety and health, ultimately enhancing general employee wellbeing.

Total WSH approach is targeted to enhance general health and safety of employees to create a safer, healthier, happier and more productive workforce, benefiting both employees and employers. Here are some of the key benefits of Total WSH:

1. Training the Trainers

This segment seeks to enhance your in-house capabilities (e.g. HSE staff, HR staff or any Project Leads in the related field of work) to take on a more proactive and holistic approach to care for your employee’s safety and health.

Through the introduction of the relevant frameworks and training resources provided, your organisation will attain the required competencies to incorporate this integrated approach into day-to-day work.
