Workplace Hazards

Depending on the industry, it may be inevitable that your employees are exposed to specific health hazards. Detrimental health effects, especially with prolonged exposure, can arise as a result. According to the Workplace Safety and Health guidelines, workers exposed to health hazards during their work are required to undergo periodic medical examinations.

Early detection of occupational illnesses reduces the harmful effects of workplace hazards. Harmful effects include noise-induced deafness, reduced fertility and long term impairment of organ function (such as liver, kidney, skin, nervous and behavioural system).

A pre-placement medical examination can be conducted by our experienced team of Designated Workplace Doctors (DWD) to assess the health of your employees. Periodic screenings are also required for monitoring purposes.
